Prepare to get your feet wet
We can organise skippered charters to suit you - anything from a two hour jaunt, a sunset sail around the Nelson harbour or a full day's sailing for a maximum of eight people.
If you are after a holiday with a difference you can book MANAIA for live-aboard charter for up to five people for as long as it suits you.
Your Choice:
- Explore the waters of the Abel Tasman National Park, Tasman Bay, D’Urville Island and the outer Marlborough Sounds
- Retrace the steps of Abel Tasman and the early navigators
- Experience the thrills of the world-renowned tides of French Pass
- Sail in search of Tasman Bay's wealth of marine life – seals, dolphins, whales and seabirds
- Visit secluded anchorages and drop a line to fish for dinner
- Choose to spend the night moored close to some of the region's finest restaurants and cafés

- Tailor-made sailing trips of up to 5 days to your selected destinations and anchorage preferences (subject to weather)
- Catering by agreement - MANAIA has a well-equipped galley with large freezer, fridge, gas oven and hob. We can stock the vessel to suit your needs - or you can self-cater.
- Inflatable dinghy with outboard for trips ashore
- Complimentary fishing rods
